Some equipment definitely needs a face-lift!!! The moldy shower curtain was a nasty oversight!!! It was a workout to drag luggage up the narrow staircase!!! A little more attention to detail could go a long way!!!

Thoughtful touches in spacious comfort

I had a lovely big room with a comfortable bed and great extras like some wine and crisps waiting for me. The price was very reasonable, especially for the space and comfort provided. Communication was excellent, making coordination effortless.

Unfortunately, the WiFi was a major disappointment as there were significant connectivity issues, and while the bathroom offered ample space, it was quite chilly. The lack of on-site assistance was felt at times.

The room was clean with a pleasant color, and I loved the peaceful atmosphere. It was a 20-minute walk to the city center, and I was close to Botanic Station and lots of eateries. Power sockets by the bed were really handy. a great stay! 😊

good value for money, nice touch was havin a bottle of wine n some crisps in our room. lauren let us check in a bit earlier which was a lifesaver for our early flight. on the day we left, lauren called to check if everything was cool, and we were happy. definitely gonna come back next time!

some equipment looked old and the shower didn't get really hot. also, it was quite a trek up the stairs with our bags since there's no lift.
